My girlfriend was coming to visit to attend my college graduation. When her flight's arrival time got delayed until 3am, the car service I had booked for her decided they would just bail on the trip a few hours before she landed (ridiculous!). She was going to be left stranded in the Philadelphia airport. I called dozens of transportation services throughout the night, which either didn't pick up at all or weren't willing to make the trip. That's when BlueLine came to the rescue.

I called Jeff at 12:15am on a Friday night. He picked up the phone, got out of bed, and literally left his family and life at home in the middle of the night to come pick me up so that we could go safely pick up my girlfriend from the airport together. His policy of never saying no to a customer is admirable and exemplary, and is the most genuine I've seen in this industry.

In terms of the ride, Jeff spent most of his career in law enforcement, so comfort and safety get a 10/10 with BlueLine. His car was immaculate, comfortable, and he offered me anything I needed (water, bathroom stops, coffee stops, etc.) while on the ride.
